The talk will touch on what influences attraction, how racial bias could be affecting your dating life, racial fetishisation and how we can all expand our dating pool by mindfully inspecting our own racial biases.
The panel will include Santilla Chingaipe, who explored the role race plays in modern dating on her SBS show Date My Race earlier this year. Chingaipe will be joined by writer and equal rights advocate Andy Quan as well as applied sociologist Dr Zuleyka Zevallos.
