If your love of houseplants has reached new highs, this green-thumbed sip and paint session could be for you. Bondi Paint Club, the beachside suburb’s new family-run studio, is inviting you to immortalise your favourite plant with it’s ‘Paint Your Plant’ class.
To make your masterpiece come to life, plant lovers must send in a photo of their chosen foliage at least three days before the session. The team will sketch your precious plant onto a canvas, which will be ready and waiting for you at the step-by-step painting class.
Whether you’re keen to commemorate your plant rearing skills, of you just want to capture the likeness of your newest plant baby before you inevitably kill it through some mysterious mismanagement of water and shade, you can set upon the canvas with a glass of liquid courage in hand – just BYO your drink of choice (wine, beer, or kombucha?), as well as snacks.
