Rachel Bajada is an up-and-comer in the Sydney health food scene. She established her sugar-free treats company, Noshu; now she sells her ‘guilt-free doughnuts’ to shops across the city, including at AboutLife, Woolies and IGA. They’re even going to make an appearance on a leading airline’s special meal offering from June.
In the future Rachel hopes Sydney: “Gets better public transport. We really needed a subway a long time ago. We need more buses, more trams, and less privatisation of roads.”
