The Unfair Advantage
Do you like magic? Do you like amazing views of the city, especially during the bright lights of Vivid? And, do you like the idea of a tiny museum hidden inside a pylon of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge? Well put your walking shoes on, because this intimate show 200 steps above the harbour is something you won’t want to miss out on. Fresh from a critically acclaimed, twice-extended season at Chicago’s iconic Steppenwolf Theatre, Australia's leading sleight of hand specialist Harry Milas is back in town with The Unfair Advantage. Situated 87-metres above sea level with rarely seen views of the city, audiences for this world-class interactive experience are strictly capped at an intimate 25 people. Between May 25 and June 14, tickets for The Unfair Advantage at the Pylon Lookout will also secure you the best seats in the city to view the harbour during Vivid Sydney – including the spectacular “Lights On” moment (5.30pm experience), innovative 3D light projections, and even the awe-inspiring drone show (if you book the 7.30pm experience on June 8). This isn’t your typical seedy magician show, so don’t go in expecting a skimpily-dressed magician’s assistant. Like all the best tricks, the precise magic that makes The Unfair Advantage work is difficult to describe, you just have to experience it for yourself.
