Time Out says

Taste Sydney’s signature plates at this two-day food-lovers’ festival on the Streets of Barangaroo

Calling all foodies – a host of Sydney’s finest restaurants will be selling tasting plates of their signature dishes on the Streets of Barangaroo this spring, starting from $5, with most plates under $15. Think pillowy bao buns, juicy burgers, sweet baklava and boujee caviar.

The Great Graze will be running across the weekend of October 29-30 from 11am to 5pm each day. It will feature a tasting plate trail, a First Nations native food market, live entertainment, DJs spinning tunes and a speaker series of top hospitality heavyweights. If you think it sounds fun, we agree!

Hear from some of the country’s top chefs and restaurateurs as they share their insights, stories and tips during a 'Food for Thought' speaker series including Matt Moran (Aria, Chiswick, Barangaroo House), Brent Savage (Bentley Group) and John Susman (owner of Fishtales), hosted by well-known food writer and editor (and Time Out alum) Myffy Rigby.

Expect to find Anason’s manti, which are delicious mini dough parcels filled with beef, garlic yoghurt, mint and sumac; Tequila Daisy’s fresh kingfish tostada; Lotus’s chicken, leek and truffle spring rolls and duck fried rice; famed Belles Hot Chicken tossed in spices, and loads more.

Plus, learn about the oldest living culture on earth with the First Nations food market and stallholders including Warndu, Blak Cede, Bush to Bowl, Chocolate on Purpose and IndigiEarth.

The markets and 'Food for Thought' speaker serieswill be held in the One International Towers, situated on the harbour foreshore at Barangaroo.

The Great Graze is proudly funded by the NSW Government through the CBD’s Revitalisation Program and designed to highlight Barangaroo as one of Sydney’s vibrant hospitality destinations.

Be sure to wear a hat, bring along your mates, and come on down for a great weekend experiencing the best things in life – food, drinks, music and culture! We'll see you there.
