Thanks to a new virtual yoga class hosted by 360 CHICAGO, you can strike a pose with help from an instructor who's 94 stories above the city streets. Local yogis Ashley Christensen and Britta Eumann will host free virtual classes from the observation deck starting on Tuesday, May 5.

Surrounded by skyline views, each flow is free to attend and will be hosted on Facebook Live. If you can't make it to your mat when the instructors are scheduled to begin, you can find recordings of each session on 360 CHICAGO's YouTube channel later the same day. The classes range in difficulty from a restorative sunset flow (May 12) to an energizing, heart-pumping routine (May 19). Take a look at the full schedule below:

May 5: Gentle vinyasa flow

May 12: Soothing, restorative sunset flow

May 19: Heart-pumping cardio flow

May 26: Slow, gently energizing flow
