Time Out says

Malaysia’s largest international art event returns for a sixth edition this year, with over 60 participating art galleries and organisations from 20 countries coming together for a four-day art extravaganza. Big names in the local art scene, such as the National Visual Arts Gallery, Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery as well as Henry Butcher Art Auctioneers, are joined by debutants Artemis Art, Segaris Art Centre and Core Design Gallery, among others, in exhibiting artworks by pioneer artists and up-and-coming starlets.

International art galleries from France, Spain, Britain, Hungary and several other countries are also slated to showcase more than 2,000 artworks, among them 13 pieces by the celebrated Joan Miró. Aside from the late Catalan painter known for his surrealist works, other highlights include works from famed Chinese contemporary artist Feng Zhengjie’s latest series and eye-catching 3D animations from digital artist Miao Xiaochun, who will unveil his latest project ‘Neo-Cubism Projection’ during the festival. In addition, an Embassy Zone, where the embassies of Argentina, Brazil, Switzerland and others feature artistic talents from their respective nations, and The Young Contempo Auction will also be held during the Expo.
