'A teacher, a doctor, a TV star and a writer walk into a bar...' if you think that's the opening line of a joke, think again. This July, Time Out Comedy Thursday celebrates four hard working comedians who work by day and tell jokes by night – the moonlighters if you will. Joining us this month are Jason Leong (the doctor), Kavin Jay (the TV star), Hartley Pool (the teacher) and Ling (the writer) while Alfred Loh (actor) will play the role of host.
As with most Comedy Thursdays, expect an evening of raucous laughter, hilarious gags and some political incorrectness not for the faint-hearted. There will also be a newcomers segment in which you'll see three aspiring standups take the stage for the first time. We're giving away tickets to catch Maz Jobrani live in KL at a lucky draw so make sure to bring the business cards along.
