Beat the heat wave this month with sorbet. Penang-based sorbet catering service ‘sor-bǝt\ has expanded their operations to KL, featuring flavours such as Asian Lemonade (barley, lime and pandan), Princess Porcupine (soursop), Rumble in the Jungle (sugarcane) and even alcohol-based concoctions with ingredients such as whisky, pear cider and rum. Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, and one can also look out for seasonal specials such as the lychee sorbet. Sorbet customisation services are also available.
