Lobster joint Pince & Pints goes fancy for its first birthday by introducing a limited edition dish available now until December - the Lobster Truffle Roll. The roll is a truffle overload: expect housemade truffle sauce, truffle shavings AND truffle caviar.

Fancy lobster means fancy ingredients and preparation, so the crustacean is first blanched for three to four minutes before it's bathed in ice. Once that's done, the lobster is taken out of the cool bath and seared with butter and housemade truffle sauce.

And there you have it, Pince & Pints' soft and buttery brioche roll stuffed with chunks of lobster meat (a whole lobster and the claws are used), coated with chopped chives, and topped with truffle shavings and truffle caviar.

Up the decadent factor and drizzle truffle sauce over your lobster roll, and dunk your fries in the sauce while you’re at it. For a break from all that rich food, tuck into the side serving of salad.
