Dance. In Retrospect

‘Dance. In Retrospect’, presented by the Han Fong Dance Ensemble, is a celebration of the career and award-winning works of artistic director Justin Wong Cheong Chee. Wong’s signature style adapts and combines traditional Chinese dance techniques with original choreography, leading to countless acknowledgements and awards, including Best Choreographer at the 2014 Global Chinese Dance Competition. This year marks three decades of Wong’s career and is also the tenth anniversary of the Han Fong Dance Ensemble. ‘Dance. In Retrospect’ will feature specially picked pieces including ‘Court Ladies’, ‘Painted Face’ and ‘Rhythm of Wind’.
