World’s Best Movies: Strictly Ballroom

'Strictly Ballroom' is an Australian romantic comedy about ballroom dancer Scott Hastings who risks his career when he refuses to follow the usual routine and creates his own dance style.  When his partner leaves him before the Pan-Pacific ballroom championships, Scott finds himself paired up with a beginner, Fran. Under his coaching, Fran turns into an assured dancer.
