Instead of a traditional roast turkey, order a pimped up Bousin Blanc version with fondant potatoes, brussels sprouts, carrots and hot rum rosemary sauce. If you don't want to go down the turkey path, opt for the beef Wellington on pumpkin puree with sauteed escargots, baby carrots and truffle parsley Veloute sauce. To start the meal with, you'll be served the grapefruit and Mandarin orange salad with a red wine vinaigrette as well as a Veloute of parsnip with vanilla seed vinaigrette, pan seared scallop and ginger bread. As dessert, a chocolate and praline parfait with ginger macaroons and butterscotch sauce will be served.
