Have a buffet of Chinese cuisine while you countdown to 2015 at Xin Cuisine. Appetisers for the night are braised pork, cold salted chicken and freshly shucked oysters. For soups, there are choices of hot and sour Szechuan soup, braised crab meat and crab roe with julienned jade abalone, and mini Buddha jumps over the wall.
There will also be braised abalone, stir-fried scallop with celery and asparagus, Hong Kong style steamed cod fish, yong chow fried rice, wok-fried flat noodles with seafood, roasted duck and more. Desserts are also aplenty with treats like chilled mango cream with sago, creamy red bean puree, sesame seed ball and chilled sea coconut with lemon. The buffet is inclusive of a complimentary glass of wine.
