Start with pan-seared duck foie gras with caramelised apple and a port wine reduction before you move on to a creamed pumpkin soup. For your main, choose either grilled Australian beef tenderloin with green peppercorn or bacon-wrapped chicken breast stuffed with cheese and mushroom. Dessert is panna cotta with mixed berries and Haagen-Dazs ice cream.
