To usher in the New Year, Chef Lam Hock Hin and his team at Chynna are serving up five different set menus. Expect dishes like double-boiled abalone with chikut broth and Japanese abalone, steamed live marble goby fish with fisherman sauce, wok-fried sliced sea cucumber with abalone cubes, leek and seasonal vegetables and more. Patrons can also opt for the CNY à la carte menu. For yee sang, choose between the premium Kanzaki pumpkin and Korean pear, Caesar salad and Norwegian salmon, Australian three head abalone, and Japanese sweet prawn and jellyfish.
