Chynna Valentine's dinner

Go Oriental this Valentine's with Chynna's five-course menu and to start off with, Chef Lam will whip up seared foie gras with winter melon and double boiled superior shark’s fin soup with baby cabbage. As main, the featured dish is pan seared halibut fillet coated with shredded potato in strawberry sauce followed by stewed money bag chicken drum stick with Oriental herbs. As a cool treat, have the ice blended spirit of sour sop, pomelo, sweet yam and cincau.
