Chef Ricky Thein presents a selection of dishes using the traditional method of cooking in a clay pot, a technique which retain freshness, taste and texture of the ingredients. Some of the claypot dishes diners can look forward to are the fragrant beef short rib (RM78), braised sun dried seafood (RM378), and the dancing chicken topped with bonito flakes (RM58). Prices start at RM58 onwards per dish.
