Two special guest chefs from Hilton Colombo Residence, Sri Lanka – Chef Ajith Hewa Bandula and Chef Harsha Wijesinghe – will be preparing a wide selection of traditional specialties from their own passed down recipes. You’ll be swayed by Sri Lankan staple sour fish curry, Negombo prawns and crab curry, beef baduma, polos ambula (young jack fruit curry), pol rotti with katta sambol (coconut flat bread with spicy gravy) and battered fried chili mushroom. End on a sweet note with desserts such as curd and treacle (buffalo milk yoghurt with syrup) and pol pani pancakes (pancakes with grated coconut and palm sugar). There will also be an exclusive cooking class with the guest chefs on Mar 9 and Mar 16 at RM68++ per person, inclusive of hi-tea
