In the month of May, Eccucino will have noted Greek chef, George Diakomichali to celebrate the Greek food fest. Patrons will be able to enjoy a range of authentic and extensive Greek dishes such as moussaka (baked eggplant and meat casserole), yiros (spit-roasted lamb in pita bread) and souvlaki (grilled skewers). For dessert, look forward to classics like baklava (honey and almond pastry), cream kataifi (custard cake with shredded filo pastry) and loukomades (honey-drizzled fried pastry). On Mother's Day this May 12, Chef George and his mum, Chef Poppy will share their age old Greek recipes with you.
