To commemorate the French Art & Film Festival, La Vie En Rose will be serving a limited menu paired with Martell cognacs. Begin with pan-fried foie gras with sweet and sour shallot compote and manjari chocolate sauce, followed by coffee-smoked grouper with cabbage and sweet potato leaves fondue. The French affair continues with sautéed farm chicken with white wine and morels sauce served with celeriac vanilla-scented puree. The strawberry, red wine and Sarawak pepper tart with ginger flower ice cream will end things on a decadent note. Each course can also be ordered à la carte.
