Have Christmas dinner the Mexican way with a choice of either the red snapper ceviche in red salsa and avocado puree with black sesame and fresh jalapenos or the classic Christmas pumpkin soup. Then move on to the main course where you could have the tender beef cheek cooked in beer stew with fresh chillies or the braised lamb shank in red sauce. Both are served with Mexican rice.
