Frescobaldi wine dinner at Mandarin Grill

Mandarin Grill will be bringing in one-Michelin star chef Igor Macchia to cook up an exquisite dinner paired with Frescobaldi wines. Macchia has worked at some of Italy's and Europe's most reputable restaurants and will also share culinary tips at a cooking session for a limited few. The wine dinner will feature a sumptuous six-course menu featuring dishes like lobster cappuccino soup with salted croissants, Piedmont cheese risotto with coffee powder and truffle, pan seared red snapper, braised beef cheek, chocolate mousse and orange crème brulee.
