Grill 582 Christmas menu

Drawing on the season’s favourites, Chef Siti Arini Darsom has prepared a four-course menu: pan-seared scallop topped with fennel foam and black caviar, honey-roasted pumpkin soup and potato gnocchi, confit of turkey roulade, oven-roasted black Angus prime rib, and a cheese sorbet for dessert.
