Prior to Christmas, bring your kids to Kitchen Art Brasserie on Dec 22 (Sun) at 2pm to meet Garfield and Odie. Then on Christmas Eve, partake in the buffet spread that features barbecued meats, turkey with stuffing, braised duckling with caramelised orange, apple and green peppercorn sauce, vanilla and garlic braised spring chicken with prune gravy, grilled lamb cutlet with minted rosemary jus and pan-fried prawn and crab cake with dill cream sauce. There will be traditional Christmas desserts too, and of course, carollers making their rounds beginning 8pm. On Christmas Day, come for the high tea as it's also filled with dishes such as cod fillet with sautéed spinach, lamb chops with muchroom compote, slow baked beef loin, braised maple leaf duckling and not forgetting the traditional Christmas desserts.
