Korean buffet at Serena Brasserie

InterContinental KL brings in traditional Korean dishes prepared by promiment chefs flown in from its hotel counterpart in Seoul. The buffet features over 20 dishes per night, including Korean favourites Bibimbap, Daehajjim steamed king prawns and Eomandu steamed fish fillet dumplings. Other highlights include the stuffed cucumber kimchi, Korean beef tartare, stuffed fried baby octopus and the green onion and seafood pancake.
