The convention centre opens its doors again this holy month for a major feast with over 500 dishes comprising local and international fare. If you’re unsure of what to get, go for the new lineup of signature dishes: Penang nasi kandar, ikan merah panggang or ikan bakar sambal asam and smoked hickory roasted lamb. For drinks, try the Selasih Blue, a refreshing concoction of lychee juice, ice cream soda and basil seeds. There’s also a designated prayer room with on-site ablution facility, sandals and prayer mats for diners to perform their religious responsibilities; you can also join the tarawih prayers led by an appointed imam.
