Mezze presents Chef Marco Cavallucci

For its second Michelin Dinner Series this year, Mezze is hosting Chef Marco Cavallucci of one-star Michelin restaurant La Frasca in Italy, who will be presenting a special five-course menu featuring classic yet innovative Italian cuisine. An amuse-bouche of scallops with aubergine puree gives you a taste of the meal before you tuck into a quiche of prawn, pigeon with risotto, and truffled boneless lamb loin rosettes. Dessert is cassata al’ Italiana with ricotta cheese and fruits. The dishes are paired with MGM Mondo del Vino wines.
