To ‘lou sang’, choose from the soft shell crab yee sang with yacon and pine seed, traditional salmon with Fuji apple, Korean pear and pine seed, or the abalone with pine seed. Meanwhile, the restaurant also offers two seven-course menus – one for small parties or individual diners, while the other is for a table of ten. Both menus see entries like double boiled chicken soup with fish maw and steamed cod fish with supreme soya sauce while larger groups get a complimentary bottle of red wine or orange juice. The à la carte menu will run as per usual.
