Neo Tamarind Christmas menu

For the plucky patrons, Neo Tamarind has an eclectic à la carte menu, highlights of which include: cream of sea urchin soup flavoured with sweet wine, fresh oysters served with fresh lemon, ginger flower vinegar and spicy lime dressing, and roasted pigeon with brussel sprouts and spicy lime.
