Nobu Christmas special

This Christmas, celebrate in sophistication and style at this Japanese fine dining restaurant. Begin with the sushi bar starter trio of kanpachi jalapeno salsa, salmon tartar with caviar and whitefish umami jime. The parade continues with Nobu’s assorted sushi, seared toro sashimi salad and somen. It doesn’t stop there: grilled jumbo shrimp with butter tosazu and quinoa is next, followed by braised wagyu cheek with truffle kaeshi. To end, you’ll have blueberry spheres, edible soil with shiso crepe and peanut parfait. This is as grand as it gets.
