Time Out says

Earn bragging rights by spending the last few hours of the year at Nobu. The omakase-style menu begins with a trio of items from the sushi bar (toro tartare with caviar, botan ebi and seared seabream) followed by an assorted platter of sushi. The king crab claw with seared sashimi salad will arrive next, as well as the seared hotate with baby octopus and wagyu short rib with spicy miso. Dessert is a trio of peanut brittle, blueberry spheres and shiso crepes with edible soil.
