In collaboration with Sunrise Wines & Spirits, Bijan will be hosting an Oyster Bay wine dinner that begins with pre-dinner canapes like keropok bayam, udang kerabu mangga and dagung gulung kerabu pucuk paku. Continue with a starter of young jackfruit salad with crab meat and soto ayam panggang as entree. As your main, rusuk kambing sos rendang will be served with lace pancake and fried asparagus. If you prefer the fish, opt for the ikan kod masak merah served with fried potato patties. To wrap up the meal, a trio of coconut creme caramel, kuih keria and chocolate durian cake will be served. All courses are served with appropriate Oyster Bay wines.
