The bar will be serving more than just Spanish and Peruvian bites this Christmas Eve. The set dinner begins with a mixed appetiser of gazpacho, seafood ceviche and goat cheese cream. Then, settle down to the main course, where you decide between grilled lamb rack and chicken roulade stuffed with serrano ham and mushroom. Dessert is torrijas – bread dipped in cinnamon milk.
