Quintessentially Teo Chew

Zuan Yuan introduces a new and improved menu serving Teo Chew cuisine. There are seven main dishes, with highlights including the braised sea cucumber and ling zi mushroom with fried garlic and fish sauce, crab meat with fish paste and Teo Chew fried rice with olive. The dishes are prepared with minimal seasoning to bring out the flavours of the cuisine. Desserts include chilled avocado paste with cream aloe vera and double boiled pear with osmanthus and honey.
