Male patrons’ dishes include cream of shellfish with crab meat, medallion of medium lamb loin and rock lobster and a dessert of Guanaja chocolate with mango lavender coulis. As for the ladies, the menu offers boullion of seafood with grilled crayfish, tataki maguro akami along with caramelised foie gras pâté and a dessert of strawberry fraiser mousse cake. As mains, both men and women have a choice between char-grilled angus beef tenderloin and oven baked dried sole crusted red emperor. Diners will also be served the sorbet of the day.
