Sagano Resturant Festival Menu

Sagano's special menu in conjunction with the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival 2014 starts off with a trio of salmon sashimi canape on cold inaniwa udon, live tiger prawn and capelin fish tempura BBQ mackerel, followed by Hokkaido scallop and seabass in dashi broth. For mains, chose between grilled lobster with homemade cream gratin, beancurd rolled in pan-seared wagyu sirloin, and unagi and mushroom rice wrapped in egg. A green tea ice cream pancake and a selection of mochi will end your four-course Japanese dinner.
