In conjunction with The Week of Taste 2013, La Vie En Rose will be hosting a casual brasserie-style seafood menu. Start with a seafood platter of oysters, whelk and shrimp with garlic mayonnaise, shallot vinegar and rye bread. Continue with the classic main of moules frites or mussels with fries. To finish off, butter sablé with caramelised apples and bourbon vanilla ice cream will be served.
