Serai's mains include butter roast chicken stuffed with smoked turkey and Tasmanian double brie served with cranberry sauce, beef wellington with onion marmalade and baked salmon with maple syrup and lemon thyme. As for condiments, rosemary salt new potatoes, buttered brussel sprouts, honey glazed roasted vegetables, mash and cucumber salad are available while the dressings served are mint sauce, horseradish cream sauce and chicken jus with roasted garlic.
