The restaurant’s Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day brunch buffet will feature a traditional Christmas spread of Australian roasted prime rib, Norwegian smoked salmon and turkey roast with all the trimmings. Other hot and cold dishes offered are seafood on ice, as well as live action stations of Chinese noodles, fresh sashimi and Indian tandoori.
