This year sees the chefs at Serena Brasserie at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur creating delicious dishes derived from treasured family recipes. Themed ‘Warisan Tradisi di Serena’, this Ramadhan spread offers traditional dishes alongside an array of made-to-order stations featuring tandoori, roti john, shawarma, rojak, kibas bakar (lamb slow roasted over charcoal) and the excellent dessert station with ais krim potong, cendol and ais kacang.
