Shanghai CNY menu

The Chinese restaurant is offering three CNY menus besides the usual yee sang. CNY Menu A includes a double-boiled abalone soup, seafoood noodles with truffle oil and Shangainese meat dumplings. Deep-fried Mandarin fish, braised Shanghainese pork and black sesame dumplings are among the dishes on CNY Menu B while Menu C cooks up deep fried cod stuffed with foie gras, steamed chicken with wolf berries and braised superior sea cucumber.
