Strato New Year's Eve menu

Make your way up to Strato for an exciting four-course menu. Begin with pan-seared scallops with avocado cream, gremolata and squid ink sauce before the vine leaf maltagliati pasta with roast figs, lemon sauce, salted ricotta and bottarga. For your main, choose between the two: Veal saltimbocca with stuffed basil, Parmesan and air dried beef with roast potatoes or the pan-roasted cod fillet with smoked eel risotto and tomato zucchini sauce.
