Strato Valentine's Day dinner menu

For an Italian meal at Troika Sky Dining, Strato's Valentine's dinner features fresh crab, beetroot and avocado with white balsamic mayonnaise and chilli ricotta as starters while the main course gives you a pasta dish with either roast tenderloin, parmesan sauce and basil fried whitebait or crisp red snapper in tomato broth, asparagus and chervil.
