The four-course Valentine’s meal starts with a pomegranate shot with honey yogurt pretzel, caramelised orange with foie gras, and almond crumble. The meal continues with grilled beef salad with ginger lime dressing, baby tomatoes and lotus chips roasted salmon over butter onion rice with light basil pesto sauce. For mains, choose either beef tenderloin served with truffle port wine sauce and mashed potatoes or prawn tempura over carbonara udon noodles with spicy flying fish roe. End your meal with white chocolate mousse served with raspberry sorbet. The menu also includes a complimentary bottle of either Viña Cono Sur Sauvignon Blanc or Lyrebird Red Cliff Shiraz Cabernet.
