Celebrate Spring Reunion with Tai Thong. Group executive chef Lee is serving up Golden Treasure poon choy (reserve two days ahead) with a Szechuan twist that uses a sour and spicy sauce as the base. Expect unique items in the prosperity sets such as sesame balls with nian gao, crispy roast pigeon, roast Peking duck and a duck platter with chilled jellyfish. For every ten-person dinner menu, there will be complimentary bottles of Asahi. Available at all Tai Thong restaurants.
