Time Out says

Choose from three menus this year, namely ‘Spring and Happiness’, ‘Everlasting Prosperity’ and ‘Wealth and Fortune’. The menus include dishes like Hong Kong-style steamed grouper with spring onions, coriander-topped superior sauce and double boiled chicken with whole abalone, roasted chicken sprinkled with crispy garlic and five spice salt, and pan-fried jumbo tiger prawn with Chef’s signature sauce. Complete your meal with chilled pumpkin puree with sago cream topped with vanilla ice cream and pistachio nuts. In addition to that, seasonal à la carte dishes include crispy prawns coated with lemon dressing, twice cooked tea smoked duck with spicy mango chutney, and braised Japanese sundried scallops, dried oysters and fatt choy.
