Tamarind’s Chinese New Year menu is spread across three venues. Start at Tamarind Springs, where you get to savour Indochinese dishes such as crispy fish maw with dried shrimps and squid salad. Then, move on to Tamarind Hill where you’ll find steamed river lobster with oriental citrus sauce before ending your journey with bird’s nest panna cotta with lotus root at Neo Tamarind. The a la carte menu will be available as well.
Tamarind is also offering fresh salmon yee sang priced at RM68++ (small) and RM88 (large). For every group of ten, you will get a complimentary serving of large fresh salmon yee sang.
