This month, Malaysians will get the chance to experience the freshest of New Zealand ingredients including Green Lipped mussels, beef, lamb, king salmon and Manuka honey. Immaculately prepared dishes will be at Gobo Upstairs as part of a seven-course menu and a four-course tasting menu. The four-course menu is priced at RM150++ or RM190++ with NZ wine pairing while the seven-course menu goes for RM190++ or RM250++ with wine. King salmon confit, diced mango, duo of avacado and fennel apple salad are some of the dishes on the menu along with the combination of lamb rack and herb crusted beef tenderloin. Meanwhile the more casual Gobo Chit Chat will offer daily NZ-inspired dishes in their buffet spreads such as the leg of lamb salad, New Zealand cheeses, clam chowder and beef ribs. The buffet is available at RM68++ during lunchtime and RM88++ for dinner. Also, SkyBar is participating in the monthly theme by creating three cocktails using 42 Below vodka and Manuka honey.
