Tatto Christmas Eve menu

If Italian cuisine is what you crave this Christmas, this dinner menu may be up to snuff for you. The meal will start with Camembert and cranberry puff, fava beans and ricotta followed by your choice of either fresh yabbies salad, cheese soufflé and warm smoked duck salad. You will then be served with soup, either the beef tongue soup or pumpkin soup with chestnut cream. The options for your second mains will be pan seared barramundi, braised ossobucco with saffron risotto and roast turkey with dried apricot. As for dessert, choose between the peach and raspberry crumble with amaretti biscotti and Christmas log with brandy chocolate sauce.
